The Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM), Biel and SwissTelex SA, Lugano (Switzerland) announce that since 1 January 2012 the ownership of SwissTelex has been taken over by Unitel Holding B.V. (Netherlands). This change of hands has no influence to service provision, telex services are continued to be provided by SwissTelex and telegram services are provided by UTS GmbH, Zug (Switzerland).
